What is the minimum order?
250 for a custom map with your logo or colors. Landmass maps in bulk start at 10.
Can you put our logo on a scratch off map?
Yes. For 250 or more maps, we print your logo or company name on the map itself, in your colors. For smaller orders, your logo goes on a card inside the gift box or on a sticker on the box.
Do you make custom route maps for airlines and cruise lines?
Yes. We draw your routes from one hub on a Landmass scratch off map, for airlines, cruise lines, tour operators and travel agencies. See custom route maps.
Can we change the colors?
Yes. Pick the map color and the foil (gold, silver, rose gold or copper), then add your logo and a title line. Try it in Design your map above.
Can we see the map before we order?
Yes. Try it in Design your map above and download your mockup. We also send a digital proof before anything is printed.
How long does a custom map take?
Plan on about 12 weeks from your approved proof to delivery.
Can we get a sample?
Yes. A sample of a Landmass map costs the regular price of one map. For a custom map, a printed sample is quoted with your order. Either way, we take the sample cost off your order.
Can you do special finishes?
Ask us. We're checking special inks and finishes for custom runs, and we'll tell you what's possible for yours.
How fast do in-stock maps ship?
Orders placed by 3pm ET ship the same day from our US warehouse, and shipping within the USA generally takes 3 to 5 business days. For large orders, your quote includes the ship date.
Can you ship to many addresses?
Yes. Send us a list and we ship each map to its own address, or we send everything to one address. There's no receipt or payment information in the box.
What if something goes wrong?
If your maps arrive damaged or don't match the proof you approved, we reprint them free.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have one. For a logo card or sticker, a high resolution PNG also works. You approve a proof before anything is printed.
How do we pay?
We email you an invoice you can pay by card. Custom map runs start with a 50% deposit, and the rest is due before they ship.
Where are the maps made?
We can quote your maps made in the USA or China, depending on your needs. The current Landmass XL map is made in the USA, and the Landmass 24x17 is made in China.
