Refund policy

We want you to love your map. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return conditions

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Scratch-off maps must be unscratched.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Email us at info@landmassgoods.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked its condition, we'll refund your full order total to your original payment method.
