No hassle returns. If you don’t like what you got for some reason, send it back (in new condition) and we’ll refund you.

FAQ

Sending as a gift: We do not put the price on our packaged invoices. The item is ready to be sent as a gift to your recipient. 

Mail service: We generally use USPS first class mail. If you order more than one map, you'll automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority mail. 

International orders: We ship them by USPS and they're then delivered by your local carrier. Depending on your country's local mail, delivery can take from 10-20 business days.

Where is my order: You'll receive a tracking number for all orders to see where they're and who is shipping them. You can call the carrier for the most up to date response on the shipment.
